* The following policy applies to, and is listed on, all Fit & Able races and must be acknowledged and agreed to while registering for any Fit & Able event. 

FIT & ABLE’S PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE!

After registration all sales are final and there are no refunds available for any reason.

Registrants who are not able to participate in the in-person race FOR ANY REASON (including a change in your plans, injury or illness, severe weather postponement or cancellation, municipal facility closures, or any change in the event plan) may request any of the following options up to 48 hours prior to the in-person race:

• SWITCHING your registration to the virtual race,

• DEFERRING your registrations to next year's event,

• TRANSFERRING your registration to any other Fit & Able race of similar or shorter distance before next year's event (excluding the Cary Greenways Half-marathon and Cary Greenways Tour),

• EXCHANGING your registration with another person who can participate, or

• CONVERTING your registration to a donation

If the in-person race is unable to occur FOR ANY REASON up to 48 hours prior to the in-person race date the event WILL NOT BE CANCELLED entirely. All participants will be SWITCHED to the virtual race but may DEFER, TRANSFER, EXCHANGE, or CONVERT upon request up to the 48 hour deadline. 

If the in-person race is unable to occur FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours of the in-person race all participants will be SWITCHED to the virtual race. No other registration options are available. Refunds are not available.
